Cancel appointment
If you can no longer make your appointment, it's important that you cancel it so that the appointment can be offered to someone else.
How to cancel an appointment
If you find you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can re-allocate the appointment time to another patient.
You can cancel your appointment online if you have access to online services.
If it is less than 2 hours until your appointment time, please call the surgery reception on 01793 616057 to cancel your appointment. Non-attendance for appointments without notice is unacceptable, and you may be asked to register elsewhere is you are a frequent non-responder.
