We ask that all our patients adhere to the Old Town Surgery 10 minute late policy. Please be courteous to other patients by arriving at the surgery in plenty of time for your appointment.
The doctors will not see patients that are more than 10 minutes late for their appointment. This is for the benefit of all patients.
Types of appointments
At Old Town Surgery, we offer different appointments to help you get the care you need as soon as possible.
Routine Appointments
To make an appointment with one of the Practice team, Please telephone 616057 or call in to the surgery We would encourage you to consult with the same doctor where possible as this helps them to get to know you better.
The Doctors hours of surgery are;

- Dr Michael Peters - Salaried GP Tuesday AM & PM, Wednesday AM, Thursday AM & PM
- Dr Stefan Atanasov - Salaried GP Monday AM & PM, Tuesday AM & PM, Thursday AM & PM
- Dr Carolyn Papenfus - Salaried GP Tuesday AM & PM, Friday AM
- Dr Zoe Wardley - Salaried GP Monday AM & PM
Triage services
We operate a Triage system at Old Town Surgery whereby a Clinical prescriber will contact you initially by telephone once an initial request has been made.
The Triage service is available on Tuesday & Thursdays Sometimes it may be necessary for the patient to either be placed on the doctor’s telephone list or to give you an emergency appointment with the appropriate Healthcare professional.
This does not interfere with your ability to make a routine doctor’s appointment.
Late policy

Urgent appointments
If your appointment is urgent, we’ll arrange for a GP to see you on the same day.
